Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. HardGard does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping charges.

Custom, made-to-order, or special-order products are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. Please contact HardGard before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery. We may request photos or documentation to process a replacement or refund.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

  • Products returned without authorization
